The Assistant Manager in Development (AMID) program at Farmington Country Club is a three-year structured, professional development program designed to prepare participants for careers in club management.
We are full for May 2026 graduate positions, but will be reopening applications in August for December 2026 graduate positions. Please see our main careers page for all current openings.

Professional Development
Candidates will gain hands-on experience across five key placements:
- Event Operations
- Poolside Grill and 10th Tee Snack Bar
- The Grill (causal dining)
- Blue Ridge Room (upscale dining)
- Clubhouse Operations (Front Desk, Transportation, Housekeeping, Fitness and Youth Programs)
Program Goals
- Provide all-encompassing managerial experience in a full-service club.
- Build foundational understanding of all club departments.
- Progression in managerial opportunities through core rotations.
- Observe and participate in high-level managerial meetings for future knowledge.
- Qualify to become department manager or higher after program completion.
