Welcome to Farmington Country Club! Below are some guidelines to ensure that you are comfortable at Farmington once you arrive.

We hope that you enjoy your time here and we look forward to your visit!

Dress Code

  • Golf attire applies to all golf courses and practice ranges.
  • Farmington Country Club is a Soft Spike only club. Flat-soled shoes and tennis shoes are also permitted. Golf shoes with penetrating spikes are strictly prohibited.
  • For men and boys: Bermuda length shorts or slacks, sports shirts with sleeves and collars, turtlenecks, or mock turtlenecks, sweaters, vests, golf jackets, etc. are acceptable. Shirt tails must be tucked in at all times.
  • For women and girls: Golf shorts, skirts, or skorts must be no shorter than fingertip length when the arm and hand are fully extended toward the knee. Shirts with sleeves may have a round neck or collar; sleeveless shirts must have a collar.
  • Swimwear, halter tops, tank tops, exposed midriffs, lycra spandex garments, jeans, cut-off shorts tennis clothes and T-shirts are not permitted.

Cell Phone Policy

  • Members and their guests may carry their cell phones, but must keep the ringers on silent or vibrate mode when on the golf course or practice areas.

Bag Drop

  • The bag drop is located in the first parking lot adjacent to the B.A.G. Putting Green on the left side of Tennis Rd.

Pace of play policy

  • The general rules of golf etiquette regulate all priorities of matches on the courses with the following special rules: Foursomes are expected to play within a 4 hour 10 minute time limit. A single player, two-ball match, or three-ball match have no priority over a four-ball match.

Tipping Policy

  • Tips are accepted by our Outside Service staff for good service.

General Policies

  • No outside alcoholic beverages may be brought onto Club property.
  • Locker room facilities are available to change attire, shoes, etc.

Merchandise may be purchased in the Golf Shop via member charge, room charge or credit card charge. All golf related fees must be charged to the host member or your guest room. We regret that we cannot charge back to other clubs.
